These terms govern all use of Research ROI LLC and the website ResearchROI.com. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.

Product Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled based on available inventory. To meet quantity requirements, varying vial sizes may be used. The total quantity of chemical reagent provided will always meet or exceed the amount ordered.

Intended Use

All products sold by Research ROI are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. Products are not for human or animal use, nor are they approved for any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, food, cosmetic, or recreational application.

Qualified Handling and Compliance

All buyers are required to comply with applicable federal regulations, including but not limited to:

• The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act)
• The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)
• All applicable state and local regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of chemical reagents

Age Restriction and Purchase Responsibility

All purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. By completing a purchase, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and legal use of the products.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Research ROI disclaims all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of our products. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Research ROI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or actions arising from product misuse or non-compliance with applicable laws.

Legal Compliance

All products are sold conditionally upon the buyer’s full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Research ROI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that it reasonably believes may violate these terms or any applicable regulation.
